I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Alrabih Hotel in Mecca with my family, including our 8-month-old baby, during Ramadan. The hotel is ideally located with a 24-hour shuttle to Masjid Al Haram, making it easy for our family to visit landmarks like the Kaaba and Zamzam Well. The staff, especially Mr Alamgir Hussain, were friendly and helpful, ensuring our comfort throughout our visit. The rooms were clean and spacious, with excellent housekeeping. While the hotel doesn’t have an onsite restaurant, plenty of diverse dining options are available nearby. I appreciated the unlimited drinking water and efficient lift service, which made our stay even more comfortable. it was great value for money, and I look forward to returning in the future!

I had such a frustrating experience with the reception staff. They only spoke Arabic, making it impossible to communicate. I needed an iron, but they insisted they were unavailable, even though the cleaning staff later found one for me. So unprofessional!

The rooms were clean, and I appreciated having many shops nearby for snacks and meals. The atmosphere was peaceful, making it a nice place to unwind after hours of exploring.
The staff could’ve been friendlier, and I really missed having basic amenities like coffee or water in the room. it’s an okay choice if you don’t mind these issues!
